1. What letsgye is

letsgye is a learning platform: interactive lessons, workshops, and verified simulations. It is a product of SAOFAL Private Limited, and in these terms “we” and “us” mean SAOFAL Private Limited. You can use the free parts without an account. Some workshops and courses are paid and run as guided cohorts.

2. What you may do

Learn with it. You may use the lessons, simulations, and workshops for your own learning, for your children, and for teaching your own class or coaching group. Teachers and facilitators may run our sessions with their learners. That is exactly what it is built for.

3. What belongs to us

The lessons, workshop designs, simulations, curriculum, text, artwork, code, and the letsgye name and brand are our intellectual property (or licensed to us), and are protected by copyright and related laws. Using the platform does not transfer any of that to you. Paid access is a licence to learn, not a transfer of ownership.

4. What is not allowed

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically copy our content or its structure.
• Republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or host our lessons, workshops, or simulations.
• Pass our content off as your own, or build a competing product from copies of it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our code or simulations to recreate the platform.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, credit, or ownership notice.
• Share, resell, or transfer paid or facilitator-only material to people who are not entitled to it.

5. Honest expectations

We build carefully and verify our simulations against a spec, but the platform is provided as it is, without guarantees of a particular outcome, score, job, or result. Our certificates are a verified record of what you did on letsgye, not an accredited or third-party credential. We align our content to public standards; we do not claim to be approved or endorsed by any board.

6. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Some workshops and cohorts are paid. If you have paid and your plans change, ask us for a refund at least 2 days before the workshop day: call +91 63629 04463 or reply to your booking confirmation, and we will refund what you paid. A refund requested on the day of the workshop, or after it, is not automatic: we hold your seat and commit costs in advance, so late requests are decided case by case and may be refunded in part or not at all. For free seats, if you reserve and do not attend without giving notice, we may invoice the original seat price, as stated when you reserve.

7. Privacy

Learner progress stays on the device by default. We do not run ads or third-party trackers on the learning experience. See our privacy note for the details.
