How letsgye treats your data

The whole policy in three lines

• No ads, no trackers, and nothing about you is ever sold or rented.
• Learning stays on your device unless you choose to sign in.
• We keep only what you hand us to run a class you asked for (a booking name and phone, a payment reference), and you can ask us to show it or delete it any time.

Learning without an account

Browsing and learning here sends us nothing personal. Your progress (XP, badges, finished lessons) lives in your own browser's storage on your own device. Clear it and it is gone; we hold no copy.

If you create an account (optional)

You give us an email address, and we use it to send your sign-in link. Once signed in, your progress syncs to your account so you can switch devices without losing it, and a session cookie keeps you signed in (that is the only job it does). Ask us to delete your account and we delete it, progress included.

When you book a seat

Registering for a workshop, club, or cohort asks for a name and a phone number or email. We use them to hold the seat, confirm the booking, and reach you about that booking. They never become a marketing list, and they are never shared or sold.

While an enrolled learner attends our sessions, we keep a simple record of what they completed, so the class is run well and a certificate means what it says.

If you pay

Payments run on Razorpay's secure checkout, the one third-party service on this site, and it loads only on payment pages, never inside a lesson. We never see or store your card or UPI details. We keep the transaction reference and issue you a proper receipt.

Camera games

• The camera picture is processed on the device itself, by model files served from our own server.
• Nothing is recorded, stored, or uploaded, and the picture never leaves the room.
• Every camera game has an equal seated way to play with the keys, so the camera is always a choice.
• For children's camera bands, we record a guardian's consent at enrollment before any camera game runs.

In a school classroom

Classroom mode collects nothing from students: no names, no emails, no accounts, no sign-up. If you are evaluating letsgye for a school, the classroom one-pager says exactly this in a printable form, with steps to verify every claim yourself.

The 21-Day Mind Challenge

If your family joins the Mind Challenge (children with a guardian; adults from 16 in the open top band, joining as themselves from 18), we keep only what the challenge needs to work: the first name or nickname you typed, the player's age and age band, your email (and phone if you gave one), and the game scores. The games themselves run in the browser; the tilt and clap games use motion and loudness on the device only, and nothing from a sensor is recorded or sent.

• Never sold, never shared with any third party, never used for advertising.
• The public leaderboard shows a fun nickname unless you choose the real first name.
• Delete everything, any time: call or email us and we erase the enrollment and every score, including after the challenge ends. Gone means gone.
• If your child wins, we validate identity in person with a school ID or birth certificate: we look and hand it back. We never photograph, copy, or store identity documents.

What we never do

• No advertising, no third-party trackers, no analytics pixels, no error-tracking SDKs.
• No third-party fonts or code on learning pages: fonts, the Python runtime, and the camera models are all served from our own server.
• No selling, renting, or trading of anything about you or your child, ever.

One honest note: like every website, the server and the shield in front of it (Cloudflare) see IP addresses in ordinary traffic logs while keeping the site up and safe. We do not use those logs to identify or profile you.

Children

letsgye is built to be safe for children by collecting nothing from them. Bookings, payments, and accounts are made by a parent, guardian, or adult learner. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child; if you believe a child has given us some, contact us and we will delete it.

Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: call +91 63629 04463 or write to us via support. When you ask us to delete, we delete everything except the payment records tax law requires us to keep.
