Ship It: Project Management · Ages 14+ & jobseekers

How work actually gets planned and delivered. Eight weeks from what counts as a project and the scope-time-cost trade-off, through breaking work down, honest estimates, dependencies and the critical path, then the agile ways of working (Waterfall vs Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and finally risk, change, and the flow math behind it all. Pilot the Pelican guides the way with twelve interactive simulators: a constraint triangle, a Gantt board with a live critical path, planning poker, a Scrum ceremonies loop, a WIP-limited Kanban board, a likelihood-by-impact risk matrix, and a Little's Law pipe. The vocabulary and judgement that read as real delivery experience on any team.
